This Agreement is between you and Crays Ltd., Unit D134, Office 2905, Floor 29, Sky Tower, Shams Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AlReem Island, United Arab Emirates. Operational Business: Crays Circle Ltd., 28 GrivaDigeni Avenue, 1st Foor, Nicosia1066, Cyprus. This policy pertains to your use of Crays applications and services, including but not limited to the Crays web app, Crays iOS app, Crays Android app, Crays browser extension, Crays Premium Service, Crays Hosted Wallet Service, Crays Award, voting, nomination, partner and event communication services (collectively referred to as "Services").

1. Policy Overview

Crays does not monetize personal information. We do not generate revenue via advertising, do not monetize user attention, and do not sell personal information collected from users. Crays aims to maximize user privacy by collecting only the minimum information required to provide quality services and to comply with applicable laws.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Creation. Crays enables account creation on the public Nostr network. Information provided during account creation is optional, except for the desired username. Information disclosed in this process is published to public Nostr relays and can be viewed by anyone on the network.

2.2 Crays Mobile Apps. Crays does not collect data via Crays mobile apps beyond the data you explicitly submit for publishing on the public Nostr network and, where applicable, data required for optional Hosted Wallet activation.

2.3 Premium Service. Crays Premium Service is an optional subscription tier that includes Crays Orange Check and additional premium features. The service is designed for maximum privacy and does not require disclosing personal information beyond what is necessary for service operation.

2.4 Hosted Wallet Service. Hosted Wallet Service is optional and includes custody of small bitcoin balances, send/receive operations, transaction history, and a hosted Lightning Address. To activate the service in compliance with law, Crays collects only the minimum information required.

2.5 Support Services. Crays provides support via email and social channels. Information provided in communications may be stored in support systems and communication platforms for service and compliance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

Personal information is used to deliver services, provide support, maintain account operations, and communicate with users as needed.

4. Sharing Your Information

Crays does not share personal information with third parties except when legally required. Information may be shared with authorities where required by subpoena, court order, legal process, fraud prevention, legal investigations, or enforcement of terms.

Crays Hosted Wallet Service is offered in partnership with Breez, Inc. In order to provide a compliant hosted wallet service, wallet-related data may be shared with Breez.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may access and update account information, and where available, request account deactivation and data deletion in accordance with legal and operational requirements.

6. Security of Your Information

Crays applies robust security measures based on industry best practices to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Crays may update this policy over time. Updates are communicated by revising the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notices.
